Location in Kuah is good with lots of local eateries and points of interest. Getting to anywhere on the island is hassle free with easy Grab access. The resort is large and seems to be undergoing some updates. It is showing its age in many parts and there are many newer resorts. Swimming pool was great until it rained and the water got murky. Large lawn and private beach area with pool bar and plenty of waterfront seating area was very relaxing. Buffet Breakfast is extensive but repetitive on long stays. The price to value was exceptional. Aircon in room was good, bed was very comfortable and shower and toilet area were spacious. Staff throughout the resort were very helpful and shoutout to the chambermaid on Level 3.

Im travelling with 2 kids. We have stayed for 3 nights. Staff always welcoming and smiling and attentive and ready to help. They are young staff and should be paid handsomely. Breakfast are free for children (my first ever experience). The room spacious and clean. There is luggage room to keep the bag for a few hours after checkout. Pools are amazing. Near beach, can enjoy walk at beach. Excellent view at night. Can see MAHA tower even we dont even go there. Near to Splash out themepart with 2 free entry ticket. Quiet yet safe. The location is perfect, a walk to convenience store, laundry, abundance of eateries. We went for island hopping and our boat can ferry us to the shore. Amazing experience. I would like to come again with family.

The staff was just brilliant and most cooperative! I'm a heavy smoker and work till late at night sometimes. So I had to go out to smoke when the entrance door was closed for the night. The staff always unlocked it for me being most friendly, so I do think they did what they had to do in a professional and most friendly way. The room was clean, The location was perfect for me (having sea just outside the hotel was not my priority), AC work well, the bathroom was clean. Price/quality balance is perfect.

The room was superb I was originally in a Loft Double which was more than adequate with a super view of the garden and ocean with a balcony. Because work needed to be carried out to the room I was transferred to the Garden Suite which was superb, spacious, modern huge bathroom, cable TV with Netflix and a terrace which leads on to the garden, swimming pool and bar. We are frequent visitors to Langkawi and the Bella Vista is our go to hotel. The staff are so polite and friendly and go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. Special mention to Brian who manages the lobby and Dee who runs the pool bar both provide an exceptional service.

The location of the resort. The direct access to a dreamy scene of the blue waters, distant islands, the iconic Menara, and the tranquility. The breakfast buffet by the Strait of Malacca. Not to forget the stars in the sky once the lights go off. The entire premises is very clean including the rooms. It is a very safe place at all times. Service is great. Mini Fridge in the rooms. Decent linen and toiletries.

Pool area was lovely, good facilities and conjoined family room was a good design with lots of space and 2 bathrooms. Not in a touristy area but lots of local shops and eateries. Large spacious grounds. Front office staff friendly and allowed us late check out for an extra 20MR per hour.

The view from the restaurant was beautiful and it was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and very happy to assist. The room was comfortable and the pool area was really stunning!

The family rooms are interleading and very spacious. Airconditioning worked really well. Cleaning service was spot on. Welcome drinks on arrival. The Splash water park is next door and access is subsidized if you stay at Bella Vista. Service from Zaki went above and beyond as he assisted me to change my wiper blades. Location is central. Will definitely return on my next visit to Langkawi.

Good location plenty of places to eat locally. Waterpark next door .Room clean and tidy ( although dated ) comfortable bed , powerful shower , toiletries provided , daily cleaning if needed with water given . TV , fridge WiFi and aircon all good . Pool and loungers out of action , however staff accommodated alternative.staff very helpful.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were in good condition but can be improved especially in terms of the outdoor facade. Room was quiet and peaceful during our stay, and the hotel in located in good location for us to travel to places we wanted to go.
